For others, I serve. I’m their promoter and fan, like a sports agent or a manager. I’m the sales, marketing, and promotion team. The need in the community is the real focus. My clients are passionate about curing the problems of the world, the hood and like many hoods the environment is not supportive of the achievement. Yet, the real gold mine in the community is a desire for change. JJC offers access to funders and scholarships, online assets, and alternate means of investing. They represent the wealth of a community and we are all invested in their success or failure. We are losing a valuable asset in those people who chose to commit their efforts for social change. JJC sees this as a tragedy and a part of the problem with the communities of the world. We say these founders and visionaries need to be cared for and developed. I evaluate and I demonstrate my support of their passion by supplying back office support via charitable giving. My business background helps, I’m all about cost saving and efficiency. My goal is to grow and organize your giving such that more can be done. And done less expensively, the end result is more time for inspiration.

The plan: front the cost of a staff, my staff of six cost about $250,000.00 annually, salaries and logistics, no bonuses yet. I’ll add several interns and effectively have a fully staff office able to generate contributions to cover programs and their salaries.

Rarely, could one non-profit afford the incubation of such an asset. The initial contributions, like yours, help stipend the staffing cost, then growth, promotion, and capacity will be created. The goals is to establish sustainability in my clients. This will do it. Since I have five clients the cost is shared and services rendered will help create the budget needed to develop and execute strategy. If I get sponsors the staffing will not cost them anything and the inspired leaders in our community shine their love and knowledge to a withering population. Between caring individuals and dedicated professionals change is really possible. Sponsor my team and we’ll generate assets for their mission. I’d like to service 6 organizations at a time and offset the staff cost by .60 of 250K, a second group of six after 9 months will get groomed and developed by the efforts of the first group and its sponsors. Sponsoring any part of this project, events or fundraisers and God will get the program launched. I nominate these inspired leader to be sponsored, mentored, assisted financially or otherwise. To GOD be the glory and the world will be blessed because of it.
