Mission: To ensure the development of children in the greater San Diego area by improving educational opportunities, strengthening families, and supporting community outreach programs. Our Vision: All children have the opportunity to develop into healthy, productive, and caring members of their community. Focus: Through collaboration with parents, we will work to address the issues many children and families in our communities face on a daily basis. Through our core values of C.A.R.E. (Collaboration, Adaptation, Respect and Excellence), we will promote opportunities for families to come together to build positive and constructive relationships within their family unit and within their community. Our focus will be on educational programs and symposiums for parents and the family unit in addition to those individuals who educate and/or assist children. We also recognize the need for parenting programs that are linguistically diverse and culturally competent in addition to programs that meet the challenges of families with special needs children.
